Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
  • Check in time at 14:00 hrs and check out time at 12:00 hrs
  • Early check in or late check out request, will subject to availability
  • Reservations will NOT be guaranteed BEYOND 6.00 PM on the date of arrival (unless separate agreement has been made beforehand).
  • Reservation received after the cut-off-date will be confirmed on a space available basis.
  • All rooms remaining in the block on cut-off date revert back to the hotel general sale.
  • Early Check-in: require the room to be reserved from the previous night at full night’s charge as per contract rate and subject to availability
  • Day Use: 50% charge will be applied if the guests stay in room from check out time (12:00 hrs) until 18:00 hrs valid for all season and 100% charge will applied if the guest stay after 18:00 hrs
  • Children Policy : Maximum 1 child below 11 y.o. is free of charge; sharing bed with parents in 1 (One) room without extra bed will be charge an additional breakfast
  • No Show or Early Departure will be charge 100% from total amount of the room reserved
  • Payment must be settled by latest 7 days on low season, 21 days on high season and 30 days on Peak season prior to guest arrival

 

Force Majeure:

  • Force majeure is defined as any circumstances beyond the control of either party, including but    not Limited to any act of God, fire, flood, Adverse weather conditions, disease, explosion, war,                  armed Hostilities, act of terrorism, riots, civil commotion, revolution, blockage, embargo, strike,           lock-out, sit-in,Industrial of trade dispute, Government action or inaction, request of         governmental authority of any form of government, official or regulatory intervention. If a party     fails to fulfill its obligations here under (other than an obligation for the payment of money) due                  wholly or partly to Force Majeure, then the obligations of both parties hereto shall promptly                 undertake all reasonable efforts necessary to resume. The performance of its obligations.
  • If any circumstances constituting Force Majeure makes it definitively impossible for either party      to fulfil. Its obligations under this agreement, the parties shall enter into bona fide discussions                with a view to alleviating the effects of such circumstances constituting Force Majeure,           including termination of this Agreement or agreeing upon alternative arrangements.
  • If either party becomes aware that any circumstances constituting Force Majeure have arisen         or that any circumstances which may constitute Force Majeure may arise, it shall immediately     notify the other Party by telephone or email
