The ideal candidate is fluent in English, proficient with OTAs and PMS systems, and capable of analyzing performance metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy. A minimum of 1 year in a similar role with leadership ability to guide a team and coordinate with sales/marketing is required.
